A complete and correct postal address—including the PIN code, email ID, and contact number—is essential for a successful delivery. We request you to double-check these details before completing your order. Raw Essence is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect contact or address information provided by the customer.

2. Processing and Dispatch Time

We take great care in packing our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

  • In-Stock Items: If the ordered items are in stock, they will be packed and dispatched from our facility within 3 working days.

  • Fresh Batches: Since we produce in small batches to maintain freshness, if an item is currently being processed, it will be dispatched within 10 working days of the order being placed. We will keep you informed via email if your order falls into this category.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply to all orders unless specified otherwise.

  • Free Shipping: Our free shipping policy applies only when specifically mentioned as part of promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, or above a certain order value (as displayed on the checkout page).

4. Delivery Timeline

Our courier partners generally deliver shipments between Monday to Sunday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
